If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in new, unused condition and be returned in like-original packaging.

We do not accept returns of previous editions for upgrade to newer revised editions. Our policy is to offer current stock of previous editions at closeout prices once a new edition has been announced.

Downloaded software, updates and/or eBooks cannot be returned. If there is a problem with the file, please contact our customer service department for an exchange.
